Valuation Surveyor

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to GBP45k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in commercial and residential sectors.

The Role:

As a Valuation Surveyor, you will grow the Rural valuations business, including loan security and tax reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to major projects and client reporting.
  • Deliver valuation reports adhering to RICS standards.
  • Enhance internal systems and processes for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Valuation Surveyor or in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • RICS Chartered status and FAAV registration.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Skilled in MS Office.
  • AMC agent experience would be beneficial.
  • Regional geographical knowledge would be preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence.
