About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RICS Registered Valuer to join our National Rural Valuation Team in the Oxford office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert valuation services to a diverse range of clients across the UK.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality valuation reports for various clients, including national asset portfolios and rural businesses
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support the national rural valuation team
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional valuation projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rural valuation

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • RICS registration and a strong understanding of valuation principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis
