Valuation Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and skilled Valuation Surveyor to join our successful and well-established valuation team in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation services to our clients, including lenders, landowners, developers, and private individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct valuations of development land, residential properties, and commercial assets.
- Prepare detailed reports and appraisals for development projects.
- Develop and maintain a sustainable pipeline of work and income stream.
- Collaborate with the valuation team, development team, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Represent the team at internal and external meetings and events.
- MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential.
- Minimum three years post-qualification experience.
- Proficient in key software, including Argus Developer and Argus Enterprise.
- Good local geographical and market knowledge, and familiarity with the planning system.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with accurate and efficient report writing.
- Strong team player with the ability to build internal and external relationships and credibility.
