About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Buildspace Group. As a key member of our Industrial & Logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects from a cost management perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Manage procurement and tendering processes to secure best value for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Conduct valuations and variations to ensure accurate cost reporting
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field
  • Experience working with Tier 1 Main Contractors
  • Proven track record of delivering major projects with budgets over £15m
