About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Buildspace Group. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile industrial and logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Management: Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Procurement & Tendering: Manage the procurement process, including tendering and contract negotiation.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Value Engineering: Implement value engineering techniques to optimize project costs.
  • Valuations and Variations: Manage valuations and variations to ensure accurate project costing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 main contractors.
  • Major project experience of £15m+ in size.
