About the Role Help transition Haleon's field force design, structure and coverage blueprint to best-in-class level.
Drive simplicity and transparency in field management through upskilling tools and ways of working.

Link productivity of field teams (across channels) to visible shift in performance, in the process creating success templates to win in market.

Key responsibilities Design and organize quantitative and qualitative effectiveness of sales force to meet business objectives.

Lead channel coverage strategy linking Haleon's and regional (EMEA-L) KPIs Create blueprint for field force management linking technological and capability evolution to KPI maturity framework.

Clear roadmap and drive implementation of Perfect Store program (differing maturity for different markets) across the region.

Help all BUs and markets traverse the 'Next Best' journey - from segmentation, targeting, PICOS, Advocacy to full commercial management of the store.

Drive ambition in 3/1 through thought leadership and long term vision for field force management.

Develop field force capability program and playbook to support adoption of all execution tools and processes in conjunction with NRM Performance Hub.

Manage GLOBAL sales incentive plan translation and effectiveness actively working with HR and business units.
Qualifications and skills Relevant experience in in SFE or channel management or FMCG sales.
