A highly successful financial services company currently going through hyper growth is looking to recruit a PA to CEO to join their focused and driven team based at the organisations modern and spacious offices in the heart of the City.

The role will involve supporting the CEO in all matters relating to the smooth running of the organisation; providing high-level PA and administrative support to the CEO and general office management responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide full complex diary management.
  • Report production.
  • Presentation production.
  • General incl.
Greet visitors and clients; Organise office moves with Facilities/IT etc.


The successful candidate will possess strong written and spoken communication skills; the ability to handle a varied workload and competing priorities; strong analytical, research and reporting skills; proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a willingness to work extended hours as required.


Previous PA experience is not essential however evidence of being an organised and efficient individual who is keen to learn is a must.
