About the Role

Morrinson Wealth Management, a leading wealth management company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Managing Partner in delivering business objectives. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary Management: Coordinate the CEO's diary, ensuring seamless scheduling of internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Email Management: Manage the CEO's email inbox, responding to queries, and escalating issues to relevant teams.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare for key meetings, including Management Team regular meetings and stakeholder meetings, by coordinating materials, and ensuring all necessary information is available.
  • Task Allocation: Allocate tasks post-meeting, communicate minutes/meeting notes, and ensure relevant team actions are completed within deadlines.
  • Communication: Draft follow-up communications, transcribe meeting notes, and provide updates to stakeholders as required.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate business-wide events, including business updates and socials, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • PA Community Oversight: Provide oversight of the PA community, embedding best practices across the group, and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Office Management: Manage office space and access, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience working with executives or senior directors, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, strong numerical and written communication skills, and proficiency in IT packages, including Office 365.
  • Personal Qualities: A driven individual with a focus on client service, a high-performance culture, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced organization.
