About the Role

Morrinson Wealth Management, a leading wealth management company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Managing Partner in delivering business objectives. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary Management: Coordinate the CEO's diary, ensuring seamless scheduling of internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Email Management: Manage and respond to emails, filing and flagging relevant communications, and forwarding to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare for key meetings and workshops, including Management Team regular meetings and stakeholder meetings, by allocating tasks, communicating minutes/meeting notes, and ensuring timely completion of team actions.
  • Transcription and Communication: Transcribe meeting notes and draft follow-up communications, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with other support teams regarding the CEO's client priorities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate business-wide events, including business updates and socials, ensuring successful execution and positive outcomes.
  • PA Community Oversight: Provide oversight of the PA community, embedding best practices across the group and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Office Management: Manage office space and access, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience working with executives or senior directors, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with strong numerical and written communication skills. Proficient in all IT packages, including Office 365.
  • Personal Qualities: A driven individual with a focus on client service, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced organization, and adapt to change management plans. Confident and able to influence senior stakeholders, with a commitment to advocating and encouraging an inclusive and diverse team culture.
