H&P Executive Search is a leading executive search firm specializing in placing high-calibre professionals in senior level positions within the Legal, Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Energy & Engineering industries.

Our team has achieved record growth year-on-year, with a 70% headcount increase in our fourth financial year alone. This growth is a direct result of our focus on specialized support for every individual, which has generated ongoing success within the business.

We are now looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team and come on our growth trajectory with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in an agency, 360 recruitment capacity focusing on the Private Equity market, either within Europe or the US
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management
  • Experienced in utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and willing to succeed
  • Capacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
