About the Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as an Executive Search Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients in the executive search industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract and build relationships with passive candidates.
  • Negotiate and manage complex deals from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with high-end blue chip clients to advise them on best business practices and procedures.
  • Create detailed market maps to drive deep market penetration and coverage.
  • Participate in presentations, client pitches, and face-to-face candidate interviews.
  • Develop a strong market knowledge to engage key clients and stakeholders.

  • Exceptional earning potential, with a starting salary of £40,000-£60,000 in year one, £80,000+ OTE in year two, and £150,000+ in year three.
