The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our team at SCI. As the main point of contact for visitors to our building, you will be responsible for managing the reception desk and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will also involve dealing with venue hire queries and providing administrative support to our CEO's PA as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception desk and provide a high level of service to visitors
  • Deal with venue hire queries and provide administrative support as required
  • Work closely with the Premises team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer-management role in a professional organization
  • Professional, presentable, and reliable, with excellent spoken and written English
  • A degree in any subject or equivalent experience
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Able to handle venue hire queries and administrative tasks efficiently
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when required
