Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Co-founder of our client, a leading international consultancy in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing the CEO's diary, and coordinating with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's diary and schedule meetings
- Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless communication
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including email management and document preparation
- Assist with office management duties, such as maintaining records and supplies
- Support the CEO with Private PA duties, including holiday planning and personal commitments
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
