Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Co-founder of our client, a leading international consultancy in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing the CEO's diary, and coordinating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's diary and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including email management and document preparation
  • Assist with office management duties, such as maintaining records and supplies
  • Support the CEO with Private PA duties, including holiday planning and personal commitments

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
