Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in various aspects of his role. This is a temporary position facilitated through Bright Spark PAs, with a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Efficiently manage and prioritise the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.
  • Systems & Processes: Develop and implement systems and processes to streamline tasks and improve overall efficiency.
  • Time Management: Proactively manage the CEO's schedule, optimising time allocation for meetings, events, and strategic activities.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for meetings, events, and business trips.
  • Event & Meeting Management: Coordinate and organize meetings and events, including preparation of materials, agendas, and logistics.
  • Note-Taking & Follow-Up: Attend meetings and events to take notes, ensuring accurate recording of key points and action items, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of projects and initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
