Senior Salmon are recruiting for a Sales Order Processor in West Bromwich.
Job Duties;

  • Processing orders and checking to ensure accuracy of data input.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure Customers expectations are met.
  • Building relationships and rapport with our customers.
  • Assisting where directed with all aspects of the order process, from quotation, order, delivery and after sales.
Skills;

  • Accurate in data entry with a high attention to detail.
  • Observant with the ability to spot discrepancies.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • A good communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Ideally need to be fully conversant in processing sales orders for Aluminium Windows & Doors.
  • Must have V6 software experience, with Windows Designer a distinct advantage.
  • be courteous and have a confident telephone manner
  • Able to understand technical requirements, product enquiries and process effectively and accurately.
  • Computer Literate in Outlook, Word & Excel, Inhouse systems training provided.
  • Must be willing to undertake any further training requirements commensurate to the post.
  • Customer Service Level 2 qualification desirable.
  • Previous customer service background.
