Your day to day;

To provide a warm welcome and ensure guests experience exceptional service at all times.
Have impeccable knowledge of hotel bedrooms and facilities to offer the best service to guests.
To create a strong culture of customer service and warm hospitality within the department, including recognising and acknowledging regular guests and their requirements.
Ensuring the department offers a prompt, courteous, knowledgeable response to telephone calls.
To contribute towards the maximisation of bedroom sales and deliver high levels of revenue control.
To supervise and support with the development of the reception team through training to deliver the hotels product plan and brand standards.
To ensure all security procedures with regards to guest's belongings such as luggage, storage or deliveries are carried out with the upmost care and attention from all team members.
Provide efficient delivery of guest messages.
Support the Guest Service Manager with ensuring all brand standards are delivered by the team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who will take pride in the delivery of exceptional hospitality and customer service, either face-to-face at the hotel or by telephone and demonstrate the ability to meet guest requirements and go that extra mile.

You will have previous hands-on experience working in a high quality Four-Star hotel, either in a receptionist supervisor role or in a busy receptionist role. You must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate the ability to engage and motivate a team

You will have strong communication skills with the ability to work well with others to represent the Company and the hotel in a loyal, professional, and knowledgeable manner.

You will have confident computer skills and previous experience working with Opera would be advantageous.
