Security Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Security Operations Specialist to assist in ensuring safety, protection, and front-of-house services. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the security team's mission of delivering a professional service to esteemed organizations, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer care.
This position involves a flexible shift schedule, encompassing 56 hours per week on a permanent, full-time basis, structured as follows: 3 Days, 4 Nights, 3 Off
4 Days, 3 Nights, 4 Off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering concierge, front-of-house, and reception services, including personally greeting clients, customers, and staff.
- Overseeing building access control for personnel, visitors, and contractors.
- Conducting security patrols and Health & Safety inspections.
- Monitoring Fire, Security, and Intruder Alarms, along with Building Management Systems.
- Performing a variety of administrative duties.
Qualifications for Success:
- Proven experience in a professional corporate security setting.
- Possession of an SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding license (mandatory).
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- A passion for engaging with individuals at all levels.
