About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Security Design and Implementation Specialist to join our team at BT Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network security solutions to protect our customers' networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network security solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Work closely with customers, operational teams, and delivery colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of security solutions
  • Provide subject matter expert support during customer engagement
  • Create design and implementation material to industry standards
  • Quote for new opportunities and deliver change
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformational activities to enhance our security solutions
  • Guide and coach team members and peer review their work
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working to strict deadlines and challenging requirements
  • Working knowledge of security solutions in technologies such as Cisco FTD, F5, Palo Alto, ASA, and Cisco ISE
  • Organized and able to multi-task with ease
  • Initiative to work with changing requirements and a proven track record in network security design and/or implementation
  • Enquiring mind, thirst for knowledge, and willingness to learn
  • Hold or be capable of being SC security cleared
