We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to work as part of our School Administration Team. You will provide administrative support to staff in the Institute of Thermofluids.

You will be able to demonstrate a good degree of personal responsibility and initiative in all areas of the role, as well as a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly and to deadlines within a busy office environment. Holding excellent administrative skills, you will be competent in using the Microsoft Office suite, have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your initiative to handle and solve problems efficiently.
