Position Overview

An excellent opportunity has emerged for a Patient Services Administrative Coordinator to oversee the administrative and clerical team within the Respiratory Medicine department.

You will be part of a welcoming and supportive administrative team collaborating closely with healthcare professionals dedicated to the care of adult respiratory patients.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves the daily management of specialty administration, clerical, and secretarial personnel to ensure the delivery of effective services. The successful candidate will work in tandem with the Patient Services Coordinator to support and implement service enhancements and meet access targets.

Additionally, the position entails reviewing departmental processes and identifying opportunities for improving patient pathways. The coordinator will engage with nursing staff, medical professionals, and other administrative services within the organization.

Main Duties

The role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to initiate quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery. A flexible work approach is essential, as operational targets and objectives may frequently change, necessitating adaptability and prioritization.
