Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end treatment process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with patients, clinicians, and administrative staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Record and monitor private referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate diary appointments and treatment schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Assist clinicians in writing treatment plan letters, following up outstanding treatment and referral letters.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote and highlight our extensive range of private and specialist dental treatments.
Requirements:
- Registered Dental Nurse with current GDC registration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
- Diary management and appointment scheduling experience.
- Flexible to work around the needs of the business.
