About the RoleAs a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to attract and manage patient enquiries through digital marketing, social media, and events. You will work closely with our clinicians to grow their private patient portfolio and help patients understand all private dental treatment options available to them.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new patients and grow our private practice
- Manage patient enquiries and convert sales in line with targets
- Work closely with clinicians to grow their private patient portfolio and deliver exceptional patient care
- Track and monitor the success of marketing activities and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
We offer a competitive salary of up to £24,000, quarterly sales commission scheme, annual leave entitlement rising to a maximum of 30 days (plus bank holidays) per year with service, life assurance, health and well-being benefits, access to discounts at hundreds of high-street retailers, and recognition for going the extra mile and for loyalty through service.
