About the Role
CHEC Community Health and Eyecare are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide empathetic and sensitive support to patients, responding to their emotional and distressing needs
• Maintain high standards of patient care, adhering to robust data quality and confidentiality protocols
• Utilize effective communication skills, including empathy, tact, and reassurance, to handle all patient interactions
Requirements
• Natural ability to empathize with patients and demonstrate genuine care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong telephone manner
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other systems
• Ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems, with a self-motivated and self-starter approach
