About the role

The Recruitment Administrator will play a pivotal role in the Recruitment Hub by providing administrative support to Recruitment Coordinators to deliver a timely service to our stakeholders.

The Recruitment Hub delivers recruitment services to Imperial College across all job families.

This is a high volume processing role with a need for high levels of attention to detail to enable a fast and high quality service provision.

What you would be doing

The Recruitment Administrator will provide administrative support to Recruitment Coordinators. In this fast paced and detail orientated role the Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for ensuring high quality, timely delivery of contract issuance and creation of employee records. Some of the duties you will be undertaking will be:

  • Draft and issue contracts of employment across all job families within service level agreements.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of information within contracts of employment.
  • Setup employee records on the ERP ensuring accuracy of data to include salary, right to work and contractual information.
  • Liaise with HR Compliance colleagues to ensure that visa/immigration requirements are met for the successful candidate.
  • Produce clear and concise information to successful candidates to aid the onboarding process.
  • Issue conditional offers of employment ahead of pre-employment checks being completed.
  • Answer incoming calls to the Recruitment Hub, answer queries or triage accordingly.
