Job Summary

CHM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general candidate and manager queries, responding efficiently and providing guidance on reasonable adjustments, references, and job requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment procedures and practices, sharing experience and lessons learned to improve systems and processes.
  • Administer and maintain the recruitment cycle, ensuring accurate and high-quality information.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practice, using company policies and procedures.
  • Provide 1:1 support to train and coach managers on the use of applicant tracking systems, recruitment practices, and safe and fair recruitment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in delivering high-quality administrative roles, preferably within a recruitment, HR, or people-focused team.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment cycle (Eploy or iTrent would be an advantage).
  • Good understanding of basic UK employment legislation, HR best practice, and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee data in line with GDPR standards.
