**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- End-to-end recruitment process management, including candidate engagement, account management, and business development
- Managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
**Requirements**
- Proven track record in recruitment or a related field, preferably with experience in life sciences or engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in recruitment software a plus
