Job Description

Job Title: Adult Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Adult Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at BIAZA (British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums). As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to hiring managers and candidates, including responding to queries, managing the recruitment inbox, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Recruitment Cycle Management: Administer and maintain the recruitment cycle, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support: Provide training and support to hiring managers on the use of our ATS, ensuring that they are able to effectively manage the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Best Practices: Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, ensuring that our recruitment processes are fair, safe, and compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of recruitment procedures and practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the recruitment process.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in recruitment administration. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
