Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring seamless onboarding of new employees, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Administration: Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including processing contracts, conducting pre-employment checks, and setting up new starters on our HR system.
  • HR Administrative Tasks: Perform various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling routine enquiries.
  • Project Work: Undertake ad-hoc projects and policy work as required by the People Operations Manager or Associate Director.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage a busy workload.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using HR/Payroll systems, ideally Business World.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in HR or a related field.
