Recruitment Administrator

MDH Recruitment are a growing multi-award winning recruitment agency who work within the warehousing, production, Logistics and manufacturing industry and we are looking for a recruitment administrator.
Our office is based in Rutherglen, however we are all adults and hybrid flexible working is available after a training period. Five days per week. Monday to Friday. 8am to 4.30pm
Salary bonus
Day-to-day duties
- Completing compliance documentation.
- Payroll process
- Updating CRM
- Working with recruitment specialists to support key areas of the process.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries.
- Updating our internal applicant tracking system.
- Handling confidential information in line with company data security rules.
Essential skills
- Fantastic communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- The ability to work with complex information.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Extremely high levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- A high level of accuracy.
- A thorough and proactive approach.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload and work on your own initiative.
