Administrative Recruiter

As a Recruitment Support Administrator at Randstad, you will play a vital role in supporting our Client Solutions Recruitment Team in clearing candidates through the interview process.
This position involves reviewing pre-recorded candidate interviews and assessing them against established criteria. You will be responsible for accurately and timely processing suitable candidates and forwarding them to the next stage of the process, ensuring we meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess multiple candidate pre-recorded interviews daily
- Accurately mark interviews according to screening criteria
- Work within agreed SLAs and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner or similar role, specifically in engineering recruitment
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities, with expertise in leveraging various recruitment channels and tools
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
