About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Montresor Legal in London on a six-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to support a busy recruitment team responsible for all lateral, business services, and graduate hiring needs for our office.

You will ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently, providing essential support throughout the entire recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of recruitment documents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a recruitment function in a professional services environment, preferably within the legal sector
  • Familiarity with an applicant tracking system
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
