Job Summary:
In this role, you will be a member of the Workday BAU Support team.

You will provide support in the PRISM and Accounting Centre workstream which is part of the upcoming Phase X deployment of Workday Financials.

The Workday Financials implementation forms part of a wider finance modernization programme delivery. Key

Responsibilities:

Provide independent design and delivery assurance over both the functional and technical design of PRISM and Accounting Centre being delivered by the appointed Workday implementation partner and provide feedback on whether it meets Beazley's use cases, is a fit for purpose solution and if there are potential post-production issues (where appropriate).

Review PRISM and Accounting Centre configuration built in the relevant tenants by the implementation partner's PRISM and Accounting Centre Lead.

Based on your expertise, recommend alternative solutions where gaps in the PRISM and Accounting Centre design have been identified in consultation with the PRISM and Accounting Centre Product Owner at Beazley as well as the implementation partner's PRISM and Accounting Centre Lead.

Work with the Workday Integrations Consultant to understand PRISM integrations being built and provide feedback on any potential optimization of those integrations design to meet the requirements of PRISM and Accounting Centre.

Escalate issues to the Workday Platform Lead for additional support where design gaps have been identified with the proposed PRISM and Accounting Centre technical design and Integrations.

Work with the Workday Platform Lead and R2R workstream to understand any cross functional impact and dependencies of Workday Financials FDM and R2R functionality on PRISM and Accounting Centre.

Perform thorough Unit and E2E testing to identify and report any defects for resolution. Provide guidance and support to the PRISM and Accounting Centre Product Owners and wider Beazley users in their testing.

Provide Beazley with client-side support in the Workday Delivery Assurance Review process by reviewing the DA template, providing feedback and attending the Workday customer meeting with Beazley's Workday Platform Lead.

Knowledge transfer and upskilling of Beazley Product Owners and other users of PRISM and Accounting Centre. Provide BAU support coverage if required.

Role-Specific Competencies Solid and demonstrable experience of implementing PRISM and Accounting Centre functionality for Workday clients Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within PRISM and Accounting Centre.

Experience of working in a Finance team with experience of core financial accounting processes and controls is required. Good understanding of financial/reg/stat reporting particularly in the Insurance industry would be highly desirable. 3+ Workday Financials experience as a Workday implementer and/or Client Support is required.

Demonstrable experience of being able to troubleshoot complex Workday Financials configuration, data and security support issues and ability to identify the most efficient workarounds to resolve and optimize the business processes and controls within Workday.

Experience of using EIBs/Web Services. Ability to create Workday Custom Reports, Calculated fields, condition rules, custom objects, custom fields is required.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to liaise with the relevant Product Owner/s, Workday implementation partner, senior management and end users across the business.

Excellent organization and time management skills needed for this type of role. Education and Qualifications Current Workday Financials Core, PRISM and Accounting Centre certifications are required. Experience as a Qualified Accountant is desirable. Accounting qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA is desirable. Additional certifications such as Foundation Data Model "FDM", Record to Report "R2R", Advanced Reporting/Report Writer are desirable.
