KPMG is seeking a Workday Financials Senior Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects for our clients.

In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Workday Financials to guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing the value of their investment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of Workday Financials advisory and implementation projects, driving success from initiation to completion.
  • Provide expert advice on Workday Financials processes and configurations, collaborating closely with client teams to optimize their operations and achieve strategic goals.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing, bid preparation, and contract negotiations, showcasing your understanding of the Workday ecosystem and client needs.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team, supporting the professional growth of colleagues and advancing the overall Workday Financials capability at KPMG.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest Workday Financials solutions and integrations with other systems and modules, ensuring your expertise remains current and relevant.
  • Advise on technical integration aspects of Workday Financials, including data migration strategies and data integrity best practices.
Your Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Financials implementations within a consulting environment.
  • In-depth functional expertise and knowledge of Workday Financials processes and configurations across various modules, including Order to Cash, Projects to Results, Acquire to Retire, Source to Pay, Record to Report, and Plan to Perform.
  • A strong understanding of key finance business issues and drivers that motivate clients to pursue transformation programs.
  • Experience working with diverse industry sectors, such as Media, Services, Retail, Insurance, and Local Government.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end business processes across multiple process areas.
  • Familiarity with the functional, application, and technical architectural elements of an ERP program.
  • Exceptional client communication and workshop facilitation skills, capable of leading both in-person and remote sessions effectively.
  • Experience preparing comprehensive project deliverables, including business requirements, functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts and principles essential for successful cloud ERP implementation projects.
  • Experience driving technical deliverables such as data migration principles and integration design from a functional perspective.
  • Familiarity with operating and implementing in a cloud environment, comprehending the implications of cloud versus on-premise deployments.
