About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our consulting team at Workday B.V. as a Strategic Consulting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to recruit, develop, and retain a diverse team of consultants supporting Workday's applications.
  • Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Design and implement effective on-boarding, performance management, and career development processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensure consultants adhere to Workday's Implementation methodology and best practices.
  • Administer consultant incentive compensation plans and contribute to the company's strategic direction.
  • Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements and estimate projects accurately.
  • Deliver a range of services to assist customers in achieving self-sufficiency, including feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, health checks, and expert assistance.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in change management or management consulting.
  • 10+ years of software consulting experience on large, enterprise projects.
  • 4+ years of experience as a people manager and/or leading an implementation team.
  • Workday certification in one or more product areas is required.

Other Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager is preferred.
  • Ability to influence and interact with senior executives, both internally and externally.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
