About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Workday expert to lead our Success Plans Delivery team. As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of new Workday features and optimizing existing solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver small scope consulting services to customers, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a queue lead for Reporting, reviewing incoming customer requests and assigning appropriate delivery consultants.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse team of Workday consultants.
  • Promote a team-oriented, challenging, and innovative work environment.
  • Deliver on quarterly objectives, including headcount, customer satisfaction, and individual and team utilization.
  • Maintain and improve the consulting onboarding, performance management, and career development processes.
  • Collaborate with peers to continuously improve processes and enhance the consultant experience.
  • Work across organizations to align on priorities.
  • Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with the overall Workday roadmap and industry practices.
About You

The ideal candidate will have a mix of product management, consulting, and people management skills with a strong working knowledge of professional services, education services, and enablement services as it relates to enterprise software.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience with Workday Reporting delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams.

  • Experience with Workday technology and tools.
  • Critical thinking and innovation skills.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to high-quality delivery.
  • Ability to take personal ownership and responsibility for achieving results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the strategy and vision that drives the team.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Structured, organized, and disciplined, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
