About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team of consultants in delivering Workday implementation projects, focusing on team development, management, and retention.
  • Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment, driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective onboarding, performance management, and career development processes for consultants.
  • Collaborate with Resource Managers and Sales teams to ensure proper staffing and skill development for project success.
  • Drive consultant performance and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensure consultants adhere to Workday's Implementation methodology and best practices.
  • Administer consultant incentive compensation plans and contribute to the organization's strategic direction.
  • Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements and estimate project scope and timeline.
  • Deliver a range of services to support customer self-sufficiency, including feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, health checks, and expert assistance.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in change management or management consulting.
  • 10+ years of software consulting experience on large, enterprise projects.
  • 4+ years of people management experience or relevant experience leading an implementation team.
  • Workday certification in one or more product areas required.

Other Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
  • Ability to influence and interact with senior executives and internal/external teams.
  • Effective leadership and collaboration skills for large design meetings.
  • Ability to collaborate with other organizations within Workday.
