About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Transformation Consultant to join our team at Transform Together Consulting. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be working with industry-leading companies at an operational and strategic level, providing structure, knowledge, and insight into the best methods to deliver their transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior leaders and CxO's as a strategic partner to help provide structure, knowledge, and insight into the best methods to deliver their transformation agenda.
  • Work with clients to define, design, assess, and deliver their transformation initiatives.
  • Utilize a combination of agile and traditional project and change management techniques to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, proposals, and other materials to support client engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in a senior programme management or programme director role.
  • Proven track record of leading programme or portfolio delivery for clients and customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Natural collaborative approach to work, able to bring consensus within challenging stakeholder groups at CxO level.
  • Deep understanding of mechanisms and tools to manage successful delivery from both traditional and agile perspectives.
  • Enthusiasm and comprehensive understanding of the business and modern technological landscape.
  • Excellent understanding of RAID and cross-functional dependency management.
  • Consultative approach and toolkit in managing clients.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, strong team ethos, and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
