We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Transformation Consultant to join our team at Tarka Talent. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering corporate strategy, transformation, and organizational change programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic transformation projects, including target operating models, operational excellence, outsourcing, and business case development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful program execution.
  • Provide expert advice on organizational design, process improvement, and change management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience at a top-tier consultancy.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic transformation projects with significant impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
