Job Title: Strategic Transformation Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Consultant to join our team at Tarka Talent. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering corporate strategy, transformation, and organizational change programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic transformation projects, including target operating model development and implementation.
  • Work with clients to identify and address operational excellence, outsourcing, and business case development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, preferably at a top-tier consultancy.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic transformation projects with significant impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
