Position: Financial Accounting Lead

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000+ Benefits

Location: North London, N12 (Office based)

Are you an experienced professional with a background in preparing financial reports? The Accounting Centre is seeking a qualified or partially qualified Management Accountant to take charge of various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage general accounting operations, ensuring effective internal controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance understanding of financial systems and promptly resolve any issues.
  • Assist in year-end audits by providing necessary documentation and schedules to auditors.
  • Lead and develop a team within the Accounts and Payroll departments, promoting autonomy and personal growth.
  • Support directors in daily accounting and financial activities.
  • Prepare financial reports for multiple franchised businesses.
  • Handle nominal coding of invoices and processing.
  • Conduct balance sheet and control account reconciliations.

Qualifications:

  • AAT qualified or part qualified CIMA/ACCA.
