FalconSmartIT is seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified Financials Consultant to join our growing team in London, UK.

As a key member of our Workday practice, you will leverage your expertise to provide exceptional support and guidance to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide post-production support and enhancement services for Workday Financials implementations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute the implementation of additional Workday Financial modules.
  • Manage client relationships, effectively addressing their support requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Lead analysis sessions with clients and team members, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
  • Work closely with the Delivery team to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of results.
  • Share your knowledge and best practices with team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the implementation process and exceeding their expectations.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Workday practice by actively participating in initiatives and sharing your expertise.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of core Workday functionalities and principles.
  • Proven experience working with various Workday Financials functional areas.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent hands-on experience with Workday implementations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring others.
