Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support and guidance on Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning
- Collaborate with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements
- Develop and implement best-practice configuration for Workday Financial modules
- Manage client relationships and resolve client support requests
- Lead sessions with clients and team members to discuss business requirements and implementation plans
- Participate in advisory, planning, and implementation of additional Workday Financial modules
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
- Provide guidance and support to team members on Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning
- Contribute to the growth and development of our practice by sharing knowledge and expertise
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) and deep expertise in one (or multiple) Workday Financials functional areas
- Experience implementing/supporting Workday modules related to Accounting, Banking & Settlements, Budgets, Expenses, Projects, and Cash Management
- 5+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/Supporting Workday Financials
- Strong experience within Workday Financials deployments and operational support projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and develop strong client relationships
- Passionate about knowledge sharing
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
