Senior Consultant, EMEA Data Centres

Role:

  • To scope, win, and deliver consulting opportunities.
  • Collaborate with data centre owners, operators, and investors to understand their pain points and deliver relevant consulting opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver consulting projects and navigate a matrixed business environment.
  • Conduct analysis, data collection, and engage with senior stakeholders to develop strategies and provide recommendations to enhance clients' business performance.
  • Provide innovative solutions to a broad range of clients, demonstrating a track record of fast-paced learning and collaborative cross-functional working.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all live client contracts and projects.
  • Close/win current pipeline opportunities.
  • Develop new consulting opportunities with existing JLL accounts (Non-DC accounts) and sector leads.
  • Identify and deliver new opportunities with data centre operators and investors.
  • Develop investor data centre 'product'.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Data Centre Consulting practice within EMEA.

  • Proven experience in data centre consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the data centre industry and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
