The Role: Workday HCM Functional Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Functional Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our Workday HR Management system, which supports all major people-related business processes across PA Consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users to provide technical support and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement new processes to enhance HR management efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including third parties and internal teams, to assess needs, gather requirements, and configure Workday modules to meet business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on issues, enhancements, or queries related to Workday.
- Support Workday releases and analyze their impact on the system.
- Contribute to the ongoing management of Workday within a dynamic business environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workday HCM Functional Analyst, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing Workday modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
