As a member of our HCM Consulting team, you'll play a key role in delivering best-in-class cloud solutions to our customers.

About the Role

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you'll work closely with project teams to implement our HCM product across a diverse portfolio of customers. You'll act as a trusted advisor, leading or supporting the implementation of single or multiple HCM functional streams. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping customers achieve their business goals.

What You'll Achieve

In your first 12-24 months, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company. Here are some of the activities you can expect:

  • Complete our comprehensive Workday Core HCM & Practical Certification training.
  • Undertake further Specialist Certification training to enhance your skills.
  • Work closely with other Consulting Teams on projects, including Data and Integration Consultants.
  • Gain a practical understanding of Workday's implementation methodology.
  • Develop your skills in gathering and understanding customer business requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed unit testing.
  • Support customers during multiple rounds of testing and respond to and resolve test issues.
  • Undertake final deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and post-production support.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3 years of consulting experience, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
  • 3 years of relevant educational qualifications and/or experience implementing or supporting HCM/Recruiting/Talent/Learning solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • German language skills are essential.
