Cirkle is one of the UK's leading brand communications consultancies and their clients are a mix of the most talked about, iconic household names and include the likes of Dulux, Walkers, Tango, Birds Eye, Goodfellas, Ferrero and Dyson.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Social & PR Intern to work cross-division, supporting both the Consumer Brand PR team, as well as the growing Social team. The role will involve shadowing both teams, working closely with Account Executives and Account Assistants on the teams and will involve a wide range of tasks including content creation, copywriting, research, reporting, as well as general admin support across the divisions including mailing out samples to journalists and influencers and other general client support.

Key activities

Training and developing PR and social skills experience, including press release writing, media relations, media sell-ins, social copy-writing, social content creationTaking part in creative brainstorms and ideation sessionsDaily monitoring of media titles and social platforms for latest trends and relevant stories as they breakCo-ordinating logistics for influencer partnerships/events and press briefings (e.g. sourcing influencers, booking venue/online platform for briefings, liaising with journalists and influencers)Provide general admin support to the wider team, including general research, managing and updating project timelines, schedules, status reports and support on reportingRegularly communicating with colleagues across the business, developing and implementing new systems or best practices where applicable What we're looking forStrong organisational and time management skillsA meticulous eye for detail to ensure the smooth running of admin supportStrong communication skills (both written and oral)Ability to lead work confidently under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced environmentDemonstration of creativity in the role and developing new ways of working – ability to challenge the status quoConfidence to ask questions, make suggestions and bring ideas to the wider teamAn enjoyment of research and detail-orientated tasksHighly motivated and enthusiasticStrong work ethicProficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint To applyLog in to your Creative Access account or register today to apply for this opportunityUpload your CV and cover letter as one document (applications without a tailored cover letter will not be accepted)Once submitted, you can no longer amend your application, so proof-read carefullyDo not contact the company directlyPlease email any queries about this role to Creative Access at this address:
