Senior Account Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at MatchFit Sports PR Ltd. As a key member of our growing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality work for our world-class clients, spanning rightsholders, brands, and talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute client campaigns, including media relations, coverage, experiential delivery, and influencer and talent management.
- Work across a range of MatchFit clients, reporting into Account Directors and, at times, Head of Clients.
- Coach Junior Account Execs and Interns, demonstrating future Account Management credentials.
- Manage and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Fantastic media relations and communication skills.
- Outstanding client servicing skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Brilliant teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Desire to foster a fun and high-quality work culture.
- Ability to manage time across multiple accounts to a high level.
- Excellent pitching and presentation skills.
- Calm confidence when working with high-profile talent.
- Natural love and enthusiasm for PR and storytelling.
