Job Opportunity: Training Coordinator, Project Support Administrator

Rate: £200-£275 per day (inside IR35)
Duration: 8 Months
Location: Ashford, Kent (on-site at least 60% of the time, ideally 5 days a week)

Our esteemed Government client is looking for a dedicated Project Support Administrator to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a new and emerging requirement, with significant potential for development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Metrics: Collecting information and gathering performance metrics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert use of Excel, PowerPoint, and planning software packages.
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills.
  • Governance & Reporting: High-level governance and reporting capabilities, with the ability to teach and guide others.
  • Training Delivery: Comfortable delivering training packages and providing support to small groups, primarily through 1-1 sessions.
Required Skills:
  • Software Mastery: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and various planning software.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Training Expertise: Ability to effectively deliver training and support to staff.
  • Adaptability: A proactive and adaptable mindset to evolve with the role.
