Position Summary
NBCUniversal is seeking a Human Resources Project Coordinator to support the International HR team in executing various projects aimed at enhancing people-related strategies and achieving business goals. This role will also provide essential administrative assistance to the broader HR team.
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to a collaborative work environment. Your responsibilities will include reporting to the Senior HR Manager and playing a key role in advancing our people initiatives across the organization.
This position presents a valuable opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their project management capabilities within an HR context, gaining insights into a diverse array of HR functions and participating in various HR projects and events.
Key Responsibilities
Support the tracking and execution of a variety of HR initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion projects. Provide assistance to other members of the global HR team as required. Organize and transfer confidential HR documents to a secure digital platform. Assist with general HR administrative tasks. Collaborate with the HR team to develop standardized communication templates for future use. Manage the HR communication inbox effectively. Take an active role in organizing and executing employee engagement activities. Advocate for employee engagement initiatives and participate in the DEI Taskforce. Assist with note-taking during various HR meetings. Support the employee life-cycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, and separations. Maintain and update the employee database and other HR systems accurately.Required Qualifications
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a human resources setting is highly desirable. Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage new processes and project outcomes. Proficiency in written and spoken English, with a strong command of grammar. Excellent digital skills, including the ability to coordinate meetings using digital platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to effectively summarize meeting discussions, highlighting key points and organizing information clearly. Experience working collaboratively with a diverse range of staff, including senior management. Organized and methodical approach to work, with a keen attention to detail. Strong prioritization skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Punctual and capable of managing time efficiently. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in handling information. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information. Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.The responsibilities associated with this position are not exhaustive and may be adjusted by the Company as needed.
