A well-regarded and approachable architecture firm is seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to enhance their collaborative team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee diary management
- Maintain project-related documents with precision
- Draft documents and reports
- Deliver personal assistant support to partners and associates
- Manage document uploads and downloads via extranet platforms
- Coordinate project meetings, including room bookings and travel arrangements
- Provide general administrative assistance to project teams
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in diary management or project administration
- Background in a similar role within the architecture or construction industry
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Genuine interest in design
